Center Court Pickleball Club Policies
These policies help us provide an exceptional, respectful, and safe experience for everyone who plays with us. Thank you for doing your part to uphold the standards of our community.
General Policies
• Shirt and court shoes are always required.
• Outside food, beverages, and speakers are not permitted.
Court Usage & Reservations
• Each member may make one court reservation per day.
• A member’s account may hold between 3-5 live court reservations at a time, with more available based on your current membership tier.
• Courts open for booking 6-10 days in advance (depending on membership level).
• All court reservations must include the full names of participating members and/or guests.
• Ball machine use is permitted only during non-prime hours to ensure fair court access for all members to enjoy playing pickleball
•Members may rent a club ball machine or bring their own for an additional fee (depending on membership level). Ball machine use is permitted only during designated non-prime hours.
Booking Procedures
• All court bookings must be made through the Center Court Pickleball Club mobile app or website. The front desk is not authorized to book courts on your behalf.
• If your account has reached its reservation limit, you will not be permitted to book a court unless a same-day booking is available
• Only court reservations count toward your booking limit: you may still participate in open play, leagues, clinics, lessons, and other club programs without affecting your reservation count.
Same-Day Reservations
• Same-day court bookings are allowed within 12 hours of court time and do not count against your reservation limit.
• Same-day reservations are subject to availability and must be made through the mobile app or website.
Prime Time Policies• Singles play and ball machine use are not allowed during prime time.
• Prime time hours are designated by Center Court and may vary seasonally.
Check-In Requirement• All members must check in at the front desk by scanning their membership QR code.
• This ensures accurate attendance and a smooth experience for everyone.
• Checking in is required for health, safety, and insurance purposes, and helps us maintain a secure environment for all members and guests.
Cancellations &No-Shows
• Private lessons require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations receive a 50% refund as account credit.
• Clinics are pre-paid and non-refundable.
• Court reservations and Open Play require 12-hour cancellation, or a $20penalty applies for late cancellation or no-show.
Open Play Rules
• Members may attend up to 2 Open Play sessions per day.
• The number of guests per session is limited.
• If a guest fails to pre-pay or pay at the front desk, the hosting member is responsible for the guest fee (guest fee is determined by membership level).
Guest Policy• Guests may attend court reservations, Open Play, or leagues for a $40 guest fee (discounts available depending on membership tier).
• Guests must be accompanied by a member and must check in with the member at the front desk.
• Spectators must sign a waiver but are not charged a fee.
• If a guest does not pay their fee, the hosting member is responsible for the payment, which will be charged to the member’s payment method on file (guest fee is determined by membership level).
Guest Passes
• Each membership includes a set number of monthly guest passes, based on your tier.
• Guest passes activate on the first calendar day of each month and expire on the last day of the same month.
• Unused passes do not roll over to future months and have no cash value.
• Once all passes are used, the guest fee applies as outlined in your membership plan.
Assumption of Risk /Waiver
• All guests and players must sign the Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk before participating in any activity.
• Waivers are available online or at the front desk.
Junior Participation
• The minimum age to play is 7 years old.
• Juniors under 13 must be supervised by a parent/guardian unless participating in a staff-led program.
Junior Prime Time Access
• Junior players are not permitted to reserve courts during the following prime time hours:
• Junior Gold Members: 9:00–11:00 AM and 5:00–9:00 PM
• Junior Platinum Members: 9:00–11:00 AM and 7:00–9:00 PM
• Junior Diamond Members: 4.0+ approved juniors: No booking restrictions
Children in the Facility
• Members may not leave children unattended in the lounge or any other area.
• Children under 13 must be supervised at all times unless enrolled in a club-run program under staff supervision.
Outside Coaching
• Only Center Court–affiliated coaches may provide instruction on-site.
• Unauthorized lessons or clinics are strictly prohibited and may lead to membership suspension or termination.

Demo Paddle Program
• Demo paddles may be rented for $10 per day (discounts may apply by membership tier).
• If you buy a paddle after demoing, your demo fee will be applied toward your purchase.
eCheck / ACH Payments
• Members can avoid the 4% convenience fee by adding an eCheck (ACH) payment method to their account.
• This is the club’s preferred and most cost-effective payment method for our members.
Lockers & Lost Items
• Day-use lockers are available for all members and guests.
• Lockers are cleaned nightly. Left items are kept in Lost & Found for up to 14 days.
Member on Freeze
• If a member on freeze visits the club for any reason that involves using the courts, amenities, or participating in events, they will be charged the guest fee (guest fee is determined by membership level). Maximum of 2 visits per month; membership will automatically be reactivated after the 3rd visit.
• Once reactivated, the member will be responsible for dues going forward under the standard billing cycle.
Policy Enforcement
• Violation of club policies may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or termination of membership at the discretion of Club management.
Policy Updates
• These policies may be updated at any time.
• Material changes will be posted in the member portal and/or sent by email.
• Continued use of the club after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
