Zach Lucas joins the Center Court Pickleball Club team as the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. With 25 years of leadership experience, Zach is known for driving revenue growth and fostering a results-driven culture. Previously, he served as Chief Learning Officer for 4 Franchise Brands, successfully onboarding and training over 100 locations. Zach also held roles as National Sales Manager for Apex Fitness Group, where he trained 24-Hour Fitness employees and was responsible for $7 million in annual revenue, and as Vice President of Fitness at Pure Fitness, where he significantly increased sales and profitability. Residing in Phoenix, AZ, Zach enjoys fitness, family activities, and competitive sports with his wife, stepdaughter, and sons Jaxon and Mason.

Ryan Trefry is Vice President of Operations for Center Court Pickleball Club. Ryan’s most recent position was Director of Pickleball for Legacy Park, where he ran the largest private pickleball facility in the US. He has also served as an Ambassador for USA Pickleball, a Board member for Pickleball United, Director of Pickleball for Red Mountain Ranch, and a tournament director with National Pickleball.

Jessica Wilcox joins the Center Court Pickleball Club team as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and motivation to promote the growth of Pickleball and ensure the players' experience is top-notch.

Founder and Chairman of Plexus Worldwide®, Tarl is the former 14-year CEO of the “The Health and Happiness Company” that specializes in quality nutritional supplements and an online income opportunity, in Scottsdale, AZ. Under his leadership the team elevated from a startup company to a global billion-dollar sales organization.  He firmly believes that Center Court will be much more than the premier pickleball club, but a place that its members enjoy and belong.
